How to get your first online store properly running in a week

A short look at the choices that matter: domain, payment methods, and the first product category — without a technical sales pitch.

Many new sellers delay opening a store because it feels like everything has to be finished at once. A solid minimum is enough: a clear offer, one payment method, and a proper order confirmation email.

Three steps in the first week

  • Pick 5–15 products or services you actually want to feature — not the whole inventory at once.
  • Explain returns and delivery on one page. Less text is often better than a novel.
  • Have a friend place one real test order before you open.

The Luuna view

Luuna is built so you can start with a simple store and add themes, payments, and marketing tools later. The structure stays; you do not have to take the roof off.

A good first store is a prototype that can sell, not a perfect catalogue.
