1. Validity and changes
These terms apply to the relationship that arises from using the service offered under the Luuna brand and the website www.luuna.ee. We may update the terms; the new version is published on this page. For material changes we may notify you by email or in the service, where that is technically possible.
2. Description of the service
Luuna provides ecommerce software and related services (for example an account, store management, and themes, when they are included in your plan). The exact functionality, limits, and pricing depend on the selected plan or agreement.
3. Account and authority
- You are responsible for authorised use of the account and for keeping the password secure.
- You must provide accurate information and update it when needed.
- You must tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break applicable law, including consumer protection, copyright, or data protection;
- distribute malware, run attacks (for example DDoS or scanning), or harm the security of the service;
- use the service for fraud, spam, or the sale of illegal goods or services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or reconstruct the source code, except where the law allows it.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the service, software, design, themes, and documentation belong to EVENUX OÜ or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms and the selected licence. Content you create (text, product images, and similar) stays yours; you grant us a limited licence to provide and host the service.
6. Fees and billing
The fee, billing period, payment terms, and taxes depend on the price list or the agreement. If a payment is late, we may limit or suspend the service where the contract and the law allow it.
7. Availability and support
We aim for reasonable availability. Maintenance, updates, or outages may affect the service temporarily. Exact SLAs and response times must be set out in a separate contract or service description.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent applicable law allows, EVENUX OÜ is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profit. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise.
9. Ending the contract
You may close the account according to the service instructions. We may end the contract or limit the service if you break the terms, the law, or payment deadlines. After it ends, we may delete data according to the retention rules and the privacy policy.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. We prefer to resolve disputes by negotiation. Consumers may contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Jurisdiction follows the law — usually the consumer’s country of residence or the company’s location, according to the EU rules on consumer contracts.
